The Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program webpage is now available on IEDA’s website. Along with the webpage launch, there is now a policies and procedures guide available with further details. IEDA is working to make a grant application available in IowaGrants in January 2024.
The Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program is a federally funded program designed to assist states, local governments, and tribes in implementing strategies to reduce energy use and carbon emissions and to improve energy efficiency.
