Leadership Red Rock is a program to increase leadership skills and raise awareness of key issues in the area that will shape our future.  The program started in 1993 and each year takes individuals on a journey of professional and personal discovery.  Class members meet current leaders from throughout the county as well as discussing the opportunities that exist.  The program is open to anyone who lives or works in Marion County.

"We know that our people will impact our future, not just our infrastructure and amenities," explained Carla Eysink, Marion County Development Director.  "Marion County Development coordinates this program because we know the benefit of empowering our leaders to find solutions to problems and ways to capitalize on opportunities.  Often one person or organization cannot create systematic change by themselves, so connecting and identifying leaders is crucial."
