The Marion County Development Commission (MCDC) announced the 2021 Red Rock Area Top 10 Under 40.  The MCDC created the awards to honor young professionals making a difference in our communities and companies as well as share their stories to inspire other young professionals to locate to the area. 

“Showcasing our young professionals illustrates the critical role they play in community growth and vitality,” explained Carla Eysink, MCDC Director.  “Young adults here in the Red Rock Area are taking an active role in shaping the future of our companies and communities.  This is critical as we plan to attract additional talent and make the area a destination of choice for growing businesses.”

The following 10 individuals were selected from over 30 nominations for their involvement in community initiatives, impact through their professional career and leadership qualities.

Kelsey Goff, Residential Program Manager for the Christian Opportunity Center

Caitlin Klingenberg, Intellectual Property Counsel at Vermeer Corporation

Nicole Vander Linden, Studio Director & Owner at Elite Dance by Nicole

Mark Van Roekel, Owner & Funeral Director at the Garden Chapel Funeral Home
