    Participants are expected to attend all sessions. Absences are allowed only in cases of emergency, illness, and unavoidable work conflicts. All sessions will be offered in-person only. In the event of a pandemic rise which causes sessions to be cancelled, particpants will be given the option of a refund for the cancelled sessions or an option to attend in a subsequent year.

    Class participants are provided a Leadership Red Rock shirt at the conclusion of the program. Please indicate your size preference:

Leadership Red Rock

Leadership Red Rock is a five-session leadership training program for professionals in the business, nonprofit, education, service and government sectors.  The program begins in January with each session held from 2:00-5:00 p.m.  The last session is in May.

Participants gain:

  • New ideas to boost your career, attitude and life
  • Insight on how to be effective in different team roles
  • Understanding of key issues shaping the future of the area
  • A time for self-reflection and personal growth

Cost:
The tuition for Leadership Red Rock is $200 per individual or $525 for a team of three participants from the same employer.  Participants accepted into the class will be invoiced following their selection.  The tuition fee is non-refundable.  Tuition includes:  seminar materials, speaker fees, snacks, and polo shirt.  Some employers are willing to pay for the tuition costs as part of their employee training budget. 

Participants are expected to attend all sessions.  Absences are allowed in cases of personal emergency, illness or unavoidable work conflicts.  All session will be held in-person.  There will not be a virtual option.  In the event of hazardous weather conditions, sessions may be rescheduled, cancelled or moved to a virtual format. Should a participant miss more than one session, they will be ineligible for graduation. Please keep this in mind when applying.
