Leadership Red Rock

Leadership Red Rock is a five-session leadership training program for professionals in the business, nonprofit, education, service and government sectors.  The program begins in October with each session held from 2:30-5:00 p.m.  The last session is in February.

Participants gain:

  • Multi-community connections with current leaders
  • New ideas to boost your career, attitude and life
  • Insight on how to be effective in different team roles
  • New opportunities for meaningful volunteer service
  • Understanding of key issues shaping the future of the area
  • A time for self-reflection and personal growth

Cost:
The tuition for Leadership Red Rock is $175 per individual or $495 for a team of three participants from the same employer.  Participants accepted into the class will be invoiced following their selection.  The tuition fee is non-refundable.  Tuition includes:  seminar materials, speaker fees, snacks, and polo shirt.  Some employers are willing to pay for the tuition costs as part of their employee training budget. 

Participants are expected to attend all sessions.  Absences are allowed in cases of personal emergency, illness or unavoidable work conflicts.  All session will be held in-person.  There will not be a virutal option.  In the event of hazardous weather conditions, sessions may be rescheduled, cancelled or moved to a virtual format.
