Always be open to change and learn to adapt. Being adaptive is crucial because it allows you to navigate change with resilience and find solutions in uncertain situations and /or times. It will help you grow personally and professionally.

What is your wish for the Red Rock Area?
Become more cohesive as a county. By all our towns coming together as one county, it will strengthen each community individually by pooling resources, enhancing local services, and promote shared growth. Having this sort of unity will make it easier to address common challenges and create a thriving area (county) for everyone.
What is your biggest passion, and why?
Helping others and making a positive impact in their lives. I find fulfillment in supporting those around me and contributing to their growth and/or well-being.
