From my experience, Marion County offers opportunities that allow for growth and advancement at a higher rate due to its size, but also the amount of time and training the various workplaces have for employees.

The many parks, Pella School District, Thursday Nights in Pella, All the trails, Pella Aquatic Center, particularly South East Aquatics.

Career Advice to Teens
Pre-hospital emergency medicine is a profession that is rewarding on many levels. To succeed you need to be willing to put in the work (at least 2 years of intense schooling to be a critical care paramedic), work unique schedules, and most of all want to help people.
