Working in Marion County
Because there is overlap between the professional and personal aspects of life by living in a small town, you get to the opportunity to be more involved and connected to both your workplace and the community.

Living in Marion County
The people! The genuine interest and support that people show for all aspects of your life is refreshing and encouraging.

Favorite Place to Relax
Either having coffee with a Youth Group student or in the summer, spending time with my husband while kayaking on Roberts Creek.

Career Opportunities
Marion County is ripe with advancement opportunities for young professionals - not only in terms of upward mobility into traditional leadership roles, but there also exists a greater emphasis on advancement within roles or within projects at a company. As younger generations seek advancement, I would encourage them to consider redefining "success" be in line with personal values, desired work-life balance, or the type of impact they want to make in their work and personal environments.

Community Favorites
The variety - not only for shopping, dining, outdoor recreation, and entertainment, but there is always a community activity happening and people there to welcome you in!

Career Advice to Teens
There are many different types of lawyers (intellectual property, business, criminal, trail, etc.). Think about what types of situations you want to help people through and what kind of change in the world, country, or community you wan to see. Learn about the issues, develop a passion and a work ethic, and remember your "why".

What is your wish for the Red Rock Area?
Continued growth and longevity, fostered by a continuation of the welcoming and genuine spirit of kindness, support, and stewardship toward others and business that has been a staple for so long.

What is your biggest passion, and why?
I love spending time with our high school youth group! They are so much fun and it is such a privilege to be able to spend time, mentor, disciple, and laugh with a great group of teenagers. I truly believe that it is never too early to pour into the next generation and provide them support, love, a safe place to ask hard questions, grow in faith, be themselves, and to have a ton of fun!
